Question: Would you consider fair folk/fae youkai or something else?

I'm asking because I know someone who'd like to help with investigation and research but I also don't want to just spring that on you.

It is my understanding that in fact these "fairies" of Western countries are the closest thing in those lands to the spirits and youkai of my own.

I'm not certain I follow your reasoning, though. Why do you ask?

Like I'm always gonna tell you if I'm bringing someone new regardless, but an extra reason to ask, since it's just been humans the whole time.

He goes by Flins and has already been investigating on his own since he lives in the basement levels, anyway.

It seemed more efficient to work together. He hasn't shown any malice and is pretty dedicated to helping people who want to leave get home.

He's newer than us, so I don't think he's found anything different. But he might be willing to go places we haven't been yet.

Well, truthfully speaking, this entire resort is such a place.

And even if you and Natori-san have that perception, I don't, so it could cover one of my blind spots.

One of the last things Hiyori-san told me was that the staff here aren't human, but I can't tell.

In any case, I don't mind making use of whatever he can contribute. When it comes to interacting directly, I will cross that bridge when it comes to it, I suppose.
