[Its FINE she’s got a pretty resilient soul when it comes to withstanding supernatural stuff! Besides, she hasn’t had any nightmares (yet)!!]
Yeah, they’re bad news, right? Pretty obvious. First ones I brought in, they handed them off to some stuffed shirts who put them in a special freakin box before hauling them downstairs.
[That's interesting to know, though- the Enma reaction and handling. So even the shinigami feared the power of whatever this was.... Matoba contemplates that for a few minutes before responding.]
Have they mentioned any suspicions as to the source of them? It doesn't feel like anything I'm familiar with, but they are also not very old, which makes me rather suspicious as to the intent. They are not what you might call naturally-occurring elements.
The only use they would have is a kamikaze one. If you intend to harness their energy for yourself, that is.
[It isn't, huh? Time to start asking around the Sutoku.]
A fair trade of information isn't clean enough? You should take payment upfront, then.
Seems wasteful when there are so many better methods of destruction that do not put you in the blast radius, but I won't deny having options is useful.
If you happen upon it, by the way, do not look it in the eye directly.
Exchange is all well and good but I’m the one really giving out all the juicy info here. But whatever. Consider that one a freebie~ ♥
[She doesn’t trust him yet but she has at least a tentative modicum of respect for him as a client and the give and take that was a part of that relationship.]
You haven't asked me what else I could identify about them. But I suppose if you are more interested in using them than tracing them, that's fair enough.
[Who is he to tell her what was useful? But he thinks he can get away with this, considering how well he was connected in every direction. Eventually, it would come down to a favor.]
Take note of circular images or objects that may have an eye-like appearance. It's possible it may be drawn to them.

I should really be charging you for this info you know.
Anyway, I don’t want to harness the energy, I just want to weaponize it. Kamikaze-ing the little freaks suits me just fine.
