Yes. Qiqi is a Jiangshi, animated by the power of several Adepti (immortals, or divine beasts) working together. Though she can unleash the power sealed within her to use in a fight, it inevitably returns to her. She also possesses a Vision, which is a... indeterminate magical object with indeterminate ties to the self... that allows control over a single element. In Qiqi's case, it's ice.

Qiqi possesses Elemental Sight on account of her Vision. It's.. vague.. what all this does, but it certainly lets you see 'indeterminate vibes of power,' and illuminates beings and items in accordance to their Genshin Impact Element/closest correspondent, IE things that are woody and flammable are green, electrified are purple...
Qiqi can harness the energy sealed within her using talismans. She can use it without them, but does not like to -- it's inexact, and potentially dangerous. That power has surged out of her control before.

The sword Qiqi carries has a hunger for blood. It's not especially tied to her, or anything, it's just your typical fantasy bloodthirst sword that passively beckons the wielder to further violence through its use. I mean, you could say that of any sword, right? ..Right?
