Yes, though I don't know if it'll ever actually come up as Wave keeps it stored in her bag, which is largely demiplane shenanigans so stuff in there isn't physically in the world until she pulls it out. That said, Wave has a length of cloth that will absolutely light up, as it was woven with her own spiritual energy and then saturated with pure magic belonging to a powerful mage. Wave's only way of using magic/powers is to burn away pieces of this cloth as she uses the power from it; while holding it, she's a little more sensitive to magic and can sense it a little bit.
